Effective 18 December 2020, the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) added the developmental endpoint to the existing reproductive toxicity (female endpoint) listing of the following substance on California’s Proposition 65 list:
California Proposition 65 does not ban or restrict the use of listed chemicals, however suppliers of products containing a listed substance must label the product accordingly. The purpose of Proposition 65 is to notify consumers that they are being exposed to chemicals that are known to cause cancer and/or reproductive toxicity. Consumers can decide on their own if they want to purchase or use the product. A Proposition 65 warning does not necessarily mean a product is in violation of any product-safety standards or requirements.
We look forward to working with you
